Do you feel anxious , worried or overwhelmed? Are you feeling alone during your pregnancy? Are you finding it difficult to bond with your baby? Or you may be wondering, how can I care for myself why caring for a baby? I support mothers through pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or the overwhelming transition into motherhood, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and understood. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to therapy because I know that becoming a mother changes everything, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Through our work together, you’ll learn how to care for your mental and emotional well-being, process your unique journey, and reconnect with your sense of self both as a mother and as a whole person. We will collaborate and create an individualized treatment plan tailored towards your need. I can also assist you with creating a birthing and postpartum plan.
